Piergiorgio Franchini was born in Provaglio d’Iseo (Brescia), in the heart of Franciacorta, in 1963 and graduated with a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 1988. He grew up in the construction and real estate industry, although, in his early years, he studied with masters of architecture (including Professor Leonardo Benevolo, Architect Franco Frattini, and Professor Gae Aulenti), thus experiencing the excellence of the profession.
In 1983, he began his first real estate experience, promoting and selling the family business’s real estate projects. In 1989, he opened a real estate agency in collaboration with a former classmate. In the following years, he worked with other partners on various real estate transactions.
In the early 2000s, he managed a real estate franchise as sales manager, also overseeing the training of agency owners and agents. In the years that followed, he gained experience in the real estate sector abroad: South America, Asia, and the United Arab Emirates.
In addition to his many years of experience (both technical and practical) in the field, including in direct sales, Franchini never stops learning, continually participating in training sessions with leading coaches, including international ones, developing skills in communication, sales, leadership, human resources management, and public speaking. He currently coordinates and coaches sales networks, collaborating with various companies nationwide.
